How you feel about yourself as a baby boomer and how you live your life depends a great deal on your individual life experiences. What have you learned? What would you have done different? What are your regrets?

The point is not to dwell on your regrets or the things you would have have done differently but to reflect on how you want to live your life moving forward.

Being content in the fact that you will make better life choices tomorrow then you did yesterday or the day before.
