Are You Ready for Making Money Through Self-Employment?

Calling all Baby Boomers — if given an opportunity to work from home through self-employment, would you consider an early retirement?

Heck, even if you’re not a Baby Boomer, what would you think about leaving your j-o-b for self-employment?

What if there was a tool which was simple to start with, and would yield money just in a short period of time? Make your work flexible — suiting your needs, instead of the other way around.

Not to mention replacing your annoying boss with a one who understands you — yourself!

Are You Serious?

If you really wish to call the rat races quits and want to work from home to earn an income, you need to first evaluate yourself.. Are you a self-starter? A dreamer? A doer? Be honest and your chances of finding the self-employment that’s right for you will increase.

Are you willing to do the boring tasks, like paperwork, filing and taxes, that are part of your self-employment? While self-employment is about working at what you love to do, there are also things you have to do. Can you?

Do you have the drive and determination to make your dream of self-employment a reality? After all, there will be roadblocks at times, and without a string desire to succeed, your business may go down the drain.

Scam or Not?

There are so many opportunities for self-employment that it’s getting hard to sort out the legitimate plans from the scams. How can you tell them apart?

The rule of thumb is that if the opportunity promises you overnight wealth, run the other direction! There is no such thing as instant money (aside from a lottery). Don’t kid yourself — any legitimate self-employment opportunity will take lots of work.

If the opportunity seems too good to be true, it likely is. Take for example a “business” that shows up from time to time where they will host your website, and if you don’t make at least (pick a number) dollars in six month, they will give you $10,000. For a small, up-front fee, of course. Too good to be true? You bet!
